Experienced Leadership
Safeguarding Our Democracy

Julie comes from a family dedicated to service to our country. Her father, a veteran of the U.S. Army, defended America from enemies that would do us harm. Now, as a longtime elections professional and newly appointed Supervisor of Elections, Julie works to protect and secure our representative democracy by ensuring that Pinellas County continues to conduct elections that protect our sacred right to vote.

Julie built a career making the electoral process more accessible, transparent and efficient. She believes educating citizens on voter registration and voting options, expanding access to persons with disabilities, leveraging technology to protect and streamline processes, and being a good steward of taxpayer dollars are core responsibilities of an election administrator. Julie has proven she is unwavering in her commitment to serve her community.

Julie has worked side-by-side with Supervisor Deborah Clark to conduct more than 320 elections in Pinellas County, Julie has truly learned from the best. The voters of Pinellas County can be confident they are electing an experienced professional to administer elections fairly and with integrity.
